About

Project Rotate is a Los Angeles based design studio founded in 2018 by husband and wife team, Oleg and Roxanna.

Everything is designed and built in their studio to a high standard of care and craftsmanship. Project Rotate’s foundation lies in bringing in an architectural language to small-scale design and interior solutions.

Project Rotate is a culmination of ideas and skills from many years of diverse experience in architecture and design, in simple, small-scale solutions, and building things by hand.

Roxanna studied architecture at Cal Poly Pomona and holds an MFA from RISD in Interior Architecture with an emphasis on adaptive reuse. The focus of her work is on things smaller in scale, and closer to the people they are tailored for. Her studies have taken her to both Italy and Denmark furthering her explorations in architecture and design.

Oleg, a Russian-native, also studied architecture at Cal Poly Pomona and graduated from UCLA’s M.Arch II program exploring architecture in motion. Over the course of his design career, he often found himself working in, or supervising, fabrication shops. As such, Oleg’s interests lay in figuring out how things are built and how they function.
