2024 Topographic Calendar

Featuring the Silverlake reservoir, each layer has been intricately lasercut then hand-assembled in our studio in Los Angeles. Tear-off each month to welcome the new one, and after 2024 is done – which is soon, you can frame the topography for many more years to come!

Why do some maps have more lines than others?

The more hills and mountains that are in your area, the more lines will appear. Sometimes it’s surprising to see that a city has a lot of lines when, as a person walking the city, it doesn’t feel like it’s at all hilly — and sometimes it’s the opposite. Additionally, it will depend on the scale that we set it at for the overall aesthetic of the clock face.

What if I live in a completely flat area?

We can’t move mountains in this case but we can remedy that by designing your custom clock to reflect the urban plan of the area instead.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

For returns, click here.

You will have 24 hours to change or cancel your order by emailing hello@projectrotate.com — this includes mailing address changes, too. Changes or cancellations can be made 9-6pm PST. Don’t forget to write your order number.

How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?

USPS Ground Shipping varies in cost depending on the product. And yes, for clocks, we offer international shipping to Canada and Europe. USPS International Priority Mail costs $30 (6-10 day delivery to many major markets; may vary depending on destination). We are not responsible if your internationally shipped package gets stuck or delayed in customs.

When will I receive my clock?

Our city clocks have an estimated 1-2 week lead time + shipping time. Custom clocks take longer than our pre-designed options. Even though all clocks are made-to-order, we’ll be formatting your unique location into a new topography file and confirming the design with you to get it just right. As a result, our custom clocks have a 2-4 week lead time + shipping time.
